I got the Skyrim remaster for Christmas. It's been really awesome to go back to Skyrim. The other night I just turned it on and walked around.

On Black Friday, I searched far and wide for Skyrim but every place I looked for it was sold out. When you sell a $60 game for $20-$25 bucks, that's bount to happen.

Although to be fair, it was the only game I couldn't find that I had on my list of games to play.

Was going to play Battlefield I, but I'm going to play Mafia III instead.

No real reason for this, just wanted to not play a first person shooter for a change of pace.

Tony Hawk's American Wasteland
I rarely played this one back when it first came out. Rented it once or twice, but never got hooked. Its super fun though! I played through THUG and THUG2 as well. THAW was definitely a highlight of those 3 post "pro skater" games, and had an AMAZING soundtrack.

OH and I'm finally getting my XBone replaced, so yay time to get back in the groove of newer games!

Going between COD4 Remaster and Titanfall online. Then gonna start Dishonored 2 for single player soon.

Still on Mafia III. It is fun as hell.

Mafia 3 was fun but too damn repetitive.

I finally got my replacement XBone. Been playing some WWE 2K17 (since my XBone died the day that I got the game lol) and a little Mad Max to try and complete it more. Might start Walking Dead Season 3 soon

I'm twenty-five hours into Skyrim Remastered and I've barely scratched the surface of the game.

Finished up Mafia III. It was a bit repetitive and glitchy, but I really enjoyed it. The story was fantastic.

Now onto Borderlands: The Handsome Collection.

Got one of those portable AtGames Sega Genesis machines. Plus a SD card loaded with every US release Genesis game. So been playing lots of Genesis stuff.

Still slowly...slowly...slowly working my way through the Skyrim remaster.  I made the mistake of doing the Dark Brotherhood story-line first and anything after that just isn't as cool.  I've since done the Thiefs Guild, the Dawnguard DLC and have just started the College of Winterhold.  I do remember that one getting cool towards the end once all the supernatural stuff started up.  The Thiefs was cool enough but I got really sick of that ladies voice (the Nightingale, "Karliyle?").  The Dawnguard was okay.  A little too dark.  I'd prefer to have been playing a Castlevania or a Legacy of Kain.  It was pretty long though.  It took me around seven hours, which is really good for a DLC.

But I'm starting to get a little bored some times and I'm feeling almost ready to move on.  I'm still just halfway through the game though and I want to see it until the end.  But I can see once I do the College of Winterhold and the Companions I'll probably hit the main quest line and not look back.  I doubt I'm going to go crazy and find all the Shouts or all the Dragon Priests.

Beat Streets of Rage 1 and 2 last night the previous mentioned portable Genesis. Well ain't like I was watching the Super Bowl. Best 16 bit beat'um ups I have played. Fuck Final Fight.

My kids have gotten back into Star Wars: Battlefront (2015) the last week. Taking a year off from that game did some good. There has been some stuff added. There's at least a skirmish mode now, which is like playing the online battles but locally (I guess a lot of the other fighters are AI). And you do get to control a starship in those which is awesome. And there's some new guns and a couple new levels.

But it that's all they've added in a year that's pretty sad.

Bought WWE2K16. Throughly enjoying it so far.

You bought the wrong one. 2k17 is the newest game.

Unless you're cool with not having AJ Styles and an almost completely updated roster.

It was 15 bucks. I wanted to see if I dig what they are doing now. I'll get 17 or maybe 18 this year.

As I said on FB, 2k17 is cool and all, but I spent SO MUCH more time on 2k16. It always sucked me back when I wanted to do other things lol.


That said, I beat The Wolf Among Us the other day. Fun game, not too much into the "cop drama" aspect of it, but its a Telltale series so you can't go wrong.

I started Sleeping Dogs. I got it for free on Games With Gold. It's fun and all, but I'm a bit overwhelmed with how much there is to do and learn right out of the gate.

I might star Star Wars: The Force Unleashed soon, since that was also up for free.

But I was looking at my game shelf at all of these games I haven't started/finished yet... Destiny, MGS5... and decided to restart Banjo Kazooie . That game is just so fun to pick up and play.
